About havl

havl provides a human verification layer for artificial intelligence, autonomous agents and autonomous machines. The network enables clients to submit tasks for human review and enables independent verifiers to assess, validate or provide feedback on those tasks.

The Services may include havl verify, havl guard, havl motion and other products or features introduced by havl.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. Certain features, including wallet functionality, staking, rewards or digital assets, may be subject to additional eligibility requirements or geographic restrictions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of havl complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Accounts and wallets

Some Services may require an account or compatible blockchain wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, wallet, private keys and authentication credentials.

havl does not control user-owned wallets and cannot recover lost private keys, reverse blockchain transactions or restore assets lost through compromised credentials.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account or connected wallet unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Human verification

Verification through havl provides an additional layer of human oversight. Verification results represent assessments made by individual verifiers or aggregated assessments from the network.

A verification result does not constitute a guarantee that an AI output, agent action, machine action or other reviewed content is correct, safe, lawful or suitable for a particular purpose.

Clients remain responsible for determining how verification results are used and for implementing appropriate safeguards for their specific application.

Verifiers

Verifiers participate independently in the havl network and must perform tasks honestly, carefully and in good faith.

havl may use quality controls, consensus mechanisms, performance metrics, verifier levels, reputation systems and other methods to evaluate verification activity.

Manipulating results, submitting intentionally false assessments, using unauthorized automation, operating fraudulent accounts, colluding with other participants or otherwise attempting to exploit the network is prohibited.

havl may restrict access, reject submissions, withhold rewards associated with fraudulent or invalid activity, suspend accounts or remove participants from the network where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Services.

Rewards

Eligible verifiers may receive rewards for successfully completed verification tasks. Rewards may be denominated or paid in $havl or other supported assets where available.

Reward amounts may depend on factors including task complexity, verifier level, qualifications, performance, network demand and applicable incentive mechanisms.

Displayed reward values or currency conversions may be estimates. The market value of digital assets can change significantly between the time a reward is earned, displayed and received.

Participation in the network does not guarantee tasks, rewards, income or any particular value of rewards.

$havl and digital assets

$havl is intended to support participation and incentives within the havl ecosystem. Digital assets involve significant risks, including price volatility, liquidity risk, blockchain failures, smart-contract vulnerabilities and changes in regulation.

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes investment, financial, tax or legal advice. havl does not guarantee the current or future value, liquidity or availability of $havl or any other digital asset.

Users should not acquire, hold or use digital assets based on an expectation of guaranteed financial returns.

Staking and network incentives

havl may provide mechanisms through which users can stake $havl or participate in other network incentive programs.

Staking may provide benefits such as XP boosts, access features or other network advantages. These mechanisms may change as the network develops.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, staking does not guarantee financial returns, verification assignments or increases in the value of $havl.

Additional terms may apply to individual staking or incentive programs.

Other reward assets

Where supported, havl may allow eligible users to select rewards denominated in or linked to assets other than $havl.

Availability may depend on jurisdiction, technical infrastructure and third-party providers. Certain assets may constitute regulated financial instruments and therefore may not be available to all users.

The availability of an asset within havl does not constitute an endorsement or investment recommendation.

Blockchain transactions

Certain features of havl may use public blockchain infrastructure. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible and may involve network fees, delays, smart-contract risks or third-party infrastructure outside havl's control.

havl is not responsible for failures or losses caused solely by external blockchain networks, user-controlled wallets, third-party protocols or other infrastructure outside havl's reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Taxes

You are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from rewards, staking, digital assets or other activity conducted through havl.

Tax treatment varies between jurisdictions. havl does not provide individual tax advice.

Client responsibilities

Clients using havl are responsible for the tasks, data and content they submit to the network.

Clients must ensure that they have the necessary rights and lawful basis to submit such information and must not intentionally submit unlawful content or information that would violate the rights of others.

Additional contractual terms may apply to enterprise customers, API integrations or specific havl products. Where such terms conflict with these Terms, the applicable specific agreement will govern to the extent of that conflict.

Intellectual property

The havl name, branding, software, interfaces, documentation and other materials provided by havl are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless expressly permitted, users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit havl's proprietary software or materials.

Users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to the rights reasonably necessary for havl to process that content and provide the Services.

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the havl Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Users should review the Privacy Policy for information about what data havl collects, how it is used and the rights available to individuals.

Third-party services

havl may integrate with wallets, blockchain networks, authentication providers, financial infrastructure and other third-party services.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. havl does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or operation.

Prohibited use

You may not use havl to engage in fraud, manipulate verification outcomes, interfere with the network, circumvent security measures, violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.

We may take reasonable measures to investigate and prevent abuse of the network.

Availability and changes

havl is an evolving network. Features, reward mechanisms, supported assets, APIs and other functionality may be modified, added or discontinued.

We aim to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Where required by law, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes affecting their rights.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

havl does not guarantee the accuracy of individual verification decisions or that human verification will identify every error, unsafe action or undesirable outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, havl will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Suspension and termination

havl may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security threats, material violations of these Terms, legal requirements or conduct that threatens the integrity of the verification network.

Users may stop using the Services at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution, will survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as havl and applicable legal requirements evolve.

Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory rights users may have under the laws of their country of residence.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Sweden unless applicable law provides otherwise.
